Matte-finish 3.25 x 5.25 real photo postcard of Schnabel, signed at the bottom in black ink, “Artur Schnabel, 1-Febr-1912.” A few edge dings and silvering to dark areas of the image, otherwise fine condition. Originates from the collection of American violinist and pianist Louis Persinger (1887–1966), who trained at the Leipzig Conservatory and later taught at Juilliard, mentoring the likes of Yehudi Menuhin, Ruggiero Ricci, and Isaac Stern.
