Vintage pearl-finish 8 x 10 photo of a young Ellington holding his baton, signed and inscribed in fountain pen, “Lotta luck to Benny Meroff a great Show in in [sic] one, Sincerely, Duke Ellington.” A single tack hole to each corner tip, some mild rippling along bottom edge, and some light irregular ink adhesion to last name of signature, otherwise fine condition.
