(Walt Disney Studios, 1933) Original production drawing featuring Mickey Mouse from Ye Olden Days. Accomplished in graphite and colored pencil on untrimmed 12 x 9.5 animation paper and shows Mickey and his horse being carried by a throng of knights in armor at the conclusion of the cartoon. Mickey measures 1.25 x 2.75, and the overall image measures 11 x 8. In fine condition. In the early 1930s, animators did not do many overlays, so the entire scene would have to be sketched out for each movement. A very intricate drawing with over 20 separate characters.
