Rider calls for 10-day engagements over a five-year period, for a fee of $50,000 for each engagement. Other items covered in the rider are billing, a 17-piece orchestra provided for Davis, rehearsal times, and rooms provided to Davis at the hotel. Signed at the conclusion by Davis as president of Sammy Davis Enterprises. Davis has also initialed next to one paragraph on the second page.
