Untranslated document announcing the death of his predecessor, Empress Zewditu, to the president of Bolivia, boldly signed at the conclusion in blue ink by Selassie. Accompanied by a TLS, in French, translating the document. In fine condition, with a central horizontal fold, red pencil notations to bottom and a small pencil notation along top edge.
