Commemorative cover, 9.25 x 4, with a cachet honoring the Seventeenth International Red Cross Conference in Stockholm, over which Bernadotte presided as President; cover is signed above the cachet in blue ink, “F. Bernadotte,” and is also signed by Basil O’Connor, chairman of the Conference and president of the American Red Cross at the time.
