In part: “I congratulate your League upon the effective service it is doing. I note what you say about literature. If you have not got a supply I would suggest that you place yourself in communication with Major Chas. W. Dick, National Republican Headquarters…I have no doubt that you will receive a supply of literature in response to your application.” Letter is affixed by its left edge to a 7.75 x 10.5 off-white sheet.
