Award consists of a gold 45 of the song and a presentation plaque which reads, “To Fats Domino for Selling One Million Records.” Disc and plaque are suede-matted and framed to an overall size of 14 x 16.25. In fine condition, with dings, chips, and scratches to the frame. These awards were produced in-house and only in duplicate, with one going to the artist and the other going to the company.
