Collection of five TLSs signed “Jim,” each one page, 7.25 x 10.5, personal letterhead, dated 1970–1975. All are addressed to writer Bob Considine, known for co-writing Thirty Seconds Over Tokyo, or his wife Millie. In a letter to Bob, he expresses “appreciation to you and Bob Hope for your kindness in joining us at the Tokyo Fliers Reunion.” The letter to Mrs. Considine, in part: “On behalf of all of the Tokyo Raid boys, Joe and myself I want to extend our deepest sympathy to you at Bob’s sad passing.” In overall fine condition.
