Collection of four original glass negatives, 8.5 x 6.5 and 6.5 x 8.5, all featuring Chaplin as the ‘Little Tramp,’ including two full-length portraits. Although the photographer is not identified, Frederick Hartsook was the local photographer who worked during this time, as well as Evans and Witzel. In very good condition, with one slide, originally broken and repaired, affixed to an identical size mount, and scattered surface marks and blemishes to other slides. A rare offering as not many of these type of negatives survived due to their extremely fragile nature. RR Auction COA.
