It will be a particular pleasure to see you. I think [you are to be asked] to lunch to meet me; [if not can we not breakfast together Sunday?] I thank you most heartily. [I greatly desire to see you.]” Roosevelt made many handwritten edits and addendums at the conclusion, represented by brackets in this text. Intersecting folds (one vertical fold passing through a single letter of the signature) and a bit of brushing to ink on the edited portion, otherwise fine condition.
