Indenture agreement transferring “ a piece or parcel of land…Together with all and singular other Buildings, Improvements, Ways, Paths, Water, Water Concession rights, Members, Privileges,” between the Stiegels and Hubbard Baumgartner for a sum of 20 pounds. Signed twice at the conclusion by Stiegel, and also signed by Elizabeth Stiegel. Intersecting folds, and some scattered light toning and soiling, otherwise fine condition.
