Two navy blue pens with silver caps, measuring 5.25″ long, sent to Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan: one by President Reagan to commemorate the enactment of HR 1720, the Family Support Act of 1988, featuring the words “White House” and Reagan’s facsimile signature on the side; and one by President Bush to commemorate the signing of HR 2950, the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991, featuring a presidential seal and Bush’s facsimile signature on the side. The pens are individually mounted and matted with letters on White House letterhead from each president, which are signed in autopen.
