Presidential pens sent to Senator Moynihan

Two navy blue pens with silver caps, measuring 5.25″ long, sent to Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan: one by President Reagan to commemorate the enactment of HR 1720, the Family Support Act of 1988, featuring the words “White House” and Reagan’s facsimile signature on the side; and one by President Bush to commemorate the signing of HR 2950, the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991, featuring a presidential seal and Bush’s facsimile signature on the side. The pens are individually mounted and matted with letters on White House letterhead from each president, which are signed in autopen. The Reagan letter and pen are framed to an overall size of 14.5 x 19, and the Bush to an overall size 13.5 x 23. In overall fine condition. RR Auction COA.
