In full: “I have to acknowledge the receipt of your note of Dec’r 10th, and take pleasure in complying with a request so agreeably made.” In fine condition, with intersecting folds (one vertical fold passing through a single letter of the signature), a tear to the bottom edge, and a couple small stains.
