Two items: vintage matte-finish 7 x 9.75 photo of Hoover as president, signed in the lower border in fountain pen, “Herbert Hoover”; and a White House card, signed in black ink, “Lou Henry Hoover.” Some foxing and discoloration to edges of the photo, otherwise overall fine condition.
