Two items: First, a plate block of four ‘first man on the moon’ 10-cent postage stamps, 5 x 3, signed in black ink in the white right border by Neil Armstrong. Stamps are held in place by corner tabs to a slightly larger black mount, which is in turn affixed to a clipped map of the moon. Second, a ballpoint signature, “Buzz Aldrin,” on an off-white 5 x 3 card, held in place by corner tabs to an 8.5 x 11 sheet. In fine condition, with a rusty paperclip mark to left edge of Aldrin’s card, which could be easily matted out. Pre-certified Steve Zarelli and RR Auction COA.
