Partly-printed vellum DS, signed “Fran: Fauquier,” one page, 13 x 14.5, September 10, 1767. Fauquier grants “unto Ezikiel Inmon one certain Tract or Parcel of Land containing three hundred and ninety eight acres lying and being in the county Albemarle on both sides Taylor’s Creek.” In very good condition, with intersecting folds (not affecting signature) and scattered foxing and staining.
