Lengthy two-piece document concerning the sale of a property in Philadelphia belonging to the recently deceased James Hamilton. Signed on the final page by Gratz as a witness to a statement from William Meredith; original cabinet photo signed by Howard Colt; a one-page ALS signed by William Fairbairn sending thanks for sent photos; an AQS signed by George Francis Train on an off-white 3.5 x 2.25 card, which reads: “We are on the eve of terrible crash—ending in Revolution and ‘Psychic Dictatorship’; and a carte-de-visite of George Jones, signed on the reverse.
