Description

Baseball catcher (1902–1972) who also served briefly as a spy for the United States. Casey Stengel once described Berg as ‘the strangest man ever to play baseball.’ Bold and uncommon vintage fountain pen signature, “Moe Berg,” on an off-white 3.75 x .75 clipped slip affixed to a 5 x 3 album page.
