Bill of exchange, in full: “At Thirty Days Sight of this Fourth Bill, First, Second and Third not paid, pay to Samuel Banett or Order, Twelve Dollars, in Sixty Livres Tournois, for Interest due on Money borrowed by the United States.” Vertical folds, one through a single letter of signature, a bit of scattered ink erosion (not affecting legibility or signature), and a rough right edge, otherwise fine condition.
