Baseball card founder (1863-1946) whose company was the first to issue baseball cards with each stick of gum. Partly-printed DS, one page, 13.75 x 8.25, March 3, 1920. Certificate issued to C. Norman Lovell for five shares of the Goudey Gum Company. Signed at the bottom by Goudey as president of the company, and also signed by Treasurer Harold DeLong. A receipt is affixed to the left edge. In very good condition, with two vertical folds, one through a single letter of signature, tear at the right edge, small tear to top left corner, scattered light wrinkling, and edge chips and toning.
