Outfielder (1883–1964) best known for his time with the Philadelphia A’s, who received him from Cleveland in 1910 via what would become one of the most lopsided trades in history—in return, Connie Mack sent the promising rookie ‘Shoeless’ Joe Jackson. Vintage ballpoint signature, “Bristol R. Lord,” on an off-white 5 x 3 card. On the opposite side, Lord penned a complete ‘biography,’ listing all of the teams he played for. In fine condition, with light toning. Pre-certified Steve Grad/PSA/DNA and RR Auction COA.
