Printed 5.75 x 2.75 lottery ticket, dated May 18, 1795, completed in manuscript, issued by the state of Pennsylvania to help fund the “Schuylkill and Susquehanna, and Delaware and Schuylkill canals.” Signed at the bottom, “T.
