Vintage ink signatures of Neil Armstrong, John Young, Alan Shepard, Charles Conrad, Richard Gordon, Tom Stafford, Deke Slayton, Gene Cernan, Charlie Buckley, and one other on the reverse of a NASA form requesting a new badge for Barbara Carter, dated October 20, 1966. Gordon has also added, “To the girl at the elevator.” Matted and framed (so both sides of the document can be viewed) with two tickets to a Gemini party held in the late fall or early winter of 1966 to an overall size of 10.75 x 11.75.
