Vintage sheet music for ‘Crazy Blues,’ 9.25 x 12.25, five pages, signed and inscribed on the front cover in fountain pen, “Willie the Lion Smith, to my boy Lenny Kunstadt.” In very good condition, with tears and chipping to edges, complete separation to adjoining fold, and a toned piece of tape to front cover.
