In part: “With reference to your question—what qualifications determine a sincere friend; to simplify the matter I am enclosing two poems—one titled ‘The Test’ and the other ‘Around the Corner,’ both of which give you the meaning of a real and lasting friend. I am also enclosing the two First Day covers duly autographed as requested.” In fine condition. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope, the two poems mentioned in the letter, and one FDC, with a cachet honoring the Wright Brothers, signed in ink by Rickenbacker. RR Auction COA.
