Solid 14k gold card measures 3.5 x 2.25, weighs 32.2 grams, and is stamped on the reverse “Lambert Bros. 14K.” Engraved on the front of the card is a smiling seated elephant holding aloft a hoop surrounding the letters CSSSA; the face of the card also engraved with the lettering, "Dexter Fellows Tent This Is To Certify That Sammy Davis, Jr Is A Life Member.
