Also includes a laid-in 5 x 3 card signed in ballpoint by Richard Rodgers, Mary Martin, Juan Carlos I of Spain, and Sophia of Greece and Denmark. Interior pages in fine condition, some with slight show-through from signatures to opposing sides (no key signatures are back-to-back); front cover of the album has become detached.
