I certify on honor the above is the price sum of expense necessarily incurred and what I actually expended.” Matted with a color image of Houston to an overall size of 21 x 15. In very good condition, with several repairs to separations and areas of paper loss, intersecting folds, paper loss to edges, and show-through from docketing on reverse.
