Gregg of the US Army, “a companion of the First Class of the Military Order of the Loyal Legion of the United States.” Signed at the conclusion by Hates as the legion’s commander-in-chief. A slightly trimmed right edge and a strip of light toning along top edge, otherwise fine condition. The red seal is crisp and intact.
