President Johnson grants Robert Jenison of Tuscaloosa County a parcel of “land offered for sale at Tuscaloosa, Alabama, containing one hundred and sixty acres.” Signed at the conclusion by Jackson and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Hayward. White paper seal affixed to the lower left remains fully intact. Intersecting folds (one vertical fold passing through first letter of the signature) and some light scattered soiling, otherwise fine condition.
