Youngest of the famed Ringling brothers (1866–1936) who purchased the Circus Corporation of America in 1929. A pass for the St. Louis & Hannibal Railroad and White Sulfur Springs & Yellowstone Park Railway, of which Ringling was president, 4 x 2.5, for 1933, issued to C. T. Jaffray, president of the Minneapolis, St. Paul Railway. Signed at the bottom in black ink by Ringling. In fine condition. RR Auction COA.
