Letter addressing a complaint. In part: “It seems to me there are two points…concerning help from the consulate…Whether, on a charter flight, a few of the passengers could be permitted to board…I think the real fault lies with those who organized the charter as they had already been warned, but in spite of that they had ignored both verbal and written warnings.
