Scottish violist (1904–1982) who played in the NBC Symphony Orchestra under Arturo Toscanini. In 1953, Queen Elizabeth II made him a Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE). Vintage ballpoint signature, “William Primrose,” on a light blue 6 x 4.5 album page with typed collector’s notations along bottom edge. Page is affixed to an identical size magnetic album page.
