Signed at the bottom by Adams and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. Double-matted with an engraved portrait to an overall size of 25 x 14. Intersecting folds, one through bottom portion of signature, and some expected light wrinkling and soiling, otherwise fine condition. The paper seal is worn and creased, but intact. Oversized.
