In part: “Would you be good enough to serve on a committee to pass judgment on the propriety, legality and decency of a magazine which I consider highly objectionable, obscene and crudely filthy….an arrest was made in this case and both the president and the corporation were held for trial…and yesterday the Grand Jury failed to indict.
