#651, cal. .41 rimfire. This is a Type II pistol with the one line barrel address “Remington Arms Co. Ilion, N. Y.” 3″ barrels with strong rifling and small patches of light corrosion. The hinge is good. The metal retains strong traces of original blue on protected areas with a gray patina on the rest; the barrel address is in excellent condition. The original checkered hard rubber grips are in excellent condition. This has matching numbers, and the mechanism works well.
