In part: “Your letter of dated nil asking for my autograph on Sir John Hunt’s book ‘The Ascent of Everest,’ as you are very eager to have my autograph, I will no doubt fulfil [sic] your intention.” Intersecting folds (one vertical fold passing through a single letter of the signature), and some mild staining to the top, otherwise fine condition.
