One of the most successful, prolific, and respected English novelists of the Victorian era (1815–1882). Ink signature, “Anthony Trollope,” on an off-white 3.75 x 2.75 slip clipped from the conclusion of a letter. Reverse also bears a few sentences in his hand, including the name “Frank Trollope.” In fine condition, with an area of mounting remnants below the signature. RR Auction COA.
