In part: “I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your letter…relative to the claim of Captain Eliphalet Robbins. The accompanying extract from a note of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of New Granada to Mr. Bidlock…contains the latest information upon the subject in the possession of this Department.” Separation along hinge to blank second integral page, and a few small separations along horizontal mailing folds, otherwise fine condition.
