The Disney brothers strike a deal to use the “Technicolor camera”

Uncommonly partial early DS, one page, 8.5 x 10.5, no date. Tenth page of an agreement between Disney and the Technicolor Motion Picture Corporation. In part: “It is agreed that photography with the Technicolor camera provided hereunder shall not be undertaken at any place other than the Technicolor Laboratory.” Signed at the conclusion, “Walter E. Disney,” “Roy O. Disney,” and “Herbert T. Kalmus,” the co-founder and president of Technicolor. In fine condition, with light scattered creases and some foxing to the bottom. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RR Auction COA.
