TLS signed “Harry,” one page, 8 x 10.5, US Senate letterhead, June 18, 1936. Letter to John W. Snyder. In full: “I’ll certainly be pleased to see Colonel Mueller when he comes to Washington. If there is anything I can do to make his visit pleasant, I’ll be glad to do it.” In a handwritten postscript, he adds: “Just write Ed McKim to come to Ft. Riley and bring Harry Vaughn [sic] so I can try a pair of fives.” In fine condition, with expected filing holes to top.
