Signed and inscribed on the front cover in blue ballpoint, “To Stephanie, Richard Rodgers,” and “For Stephanie, Oscar Hammerstein.” In fine condition, with a bit of scattered light toning, some mild handling wear, and a PSA/DNA authentication label affixed to bottom of cover.
