Truman, petitioner herein…the surviving widow of the decedent herein and as such entitled to a family allowance for maintenance during the year following the death of the decedent according to his previous standard of living; that the inventory value of the estate of the decedent was $747,684.80; that he was receiving income including his Presidential pension in excess of $80,000 a year; and that a family allowance to petitioner in the sum of $8,000 would be reasonable and proper.” Signed twice at the conclusion by Truman.
