Signed at the conclusion by Jackson and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Hayward. Double-suede-matted and framed with an engraved portrait of Jackson to an overall size of 40.5 x 23. In very good condition, with intersecting folds and scattered soiling and toning.
