Letter to his tax assessor and advisor. In part (translated): “Concerning the large money transfer demanded by us, send it without delay…explore all potentials…to increases the amount considerably since we need it urgently, especially in view of the coming Holidays and New Year’s weeks to cover all the coming large expenditures.” Last integral page also bears an address panel, filled out in another hand, and a red wax seal. Intersecting folds (two vertical folds passing through single letters of the signature), light overall toning, and some dampstaining to left border of first page, otherwise fine condition.
