In part (translated): “Your Excellency rendered a decision that an ancient convent of the Benedictines of St. Lezar would be used as a mendicant depot for the Dept. of the High Pyrenees. And to this effect, experts would proceed to appraise these buildings which I have offered to sell for 30,000 francs.” Intersecting folds, and light scattered creases and toning, otherwise fine condition.
