In fair to good condition, with signature very light, but still mostly legible, wrinkling and creasing, and scattered toning. Accompanied by nine letters, documents, and slips, each signed by a member of his cabinet. Signers are: George Clinton, Robert Smith (2), Henry Dearborn (2), Albert Gallatin, John Breckinridge, Jacob Crowninshield, and Levi Lincoln.
