Flag is affixed to an 11 x 14 color certificate stating “In commemoration of the Phase 1 Shuttle-Mir Program presented to Nancy Patel. This flag commemorating the Phase 1 Program was flown to the Mir Space Station aboard the Space Shuttle Discovery on mission STS-91.” Certificate also bears printed signatures of two NASA managers.
