TLS signed “A. Einstein,” one page, 5.5 x 6.5, Princeton’s Institute for Advanced Study letterhead, February 16, 1955. Letter to a Ball State librarian. In full: “Thank you very much for your letter and the invitation to address your group. Poor health, however, does not permit me anymore to engage in such activities.” In fine condition, with a couple mild creases. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope.
